Vaccination waiver: A vaccination waiver can be issued by your medical practitioner if the Yellow Fever vaccine is contraindicated for medical reasons. Be aware that problems may arise when crossing borders and the vaccination waiver may not be honoured. Take meticulous anti-mosquito bite measures during the daytime in Yellow Fever risk areas.

What is the cost of the tour?

Our "Connect & Build" tour is priced at $3,600 per person for single-occupancy, offering you the ultimate in privacy and comfort. For double-occupancy, the cost is $3,200 per person, perfect for those who wish to share this exquisite experience with a companion. This all-inclusive package covers opulent accommodations, breakfast, lunch, three exquisite dinners, seamless transportation, and access to all exclusive events.

Please note that airfare is not included. A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to all Credit/Debit card payments. For your convenience, full payments can be made via wire transfer upon request.

Is airfare included?

What is the payment schedule for the tour?

To secure your spot on this extraordinary journey, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to travel, ensuring ample time to plan and anticipate your upcoming adventure.

What are the cancellation policies for the tour?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the start of the tour will not be refunded.

What are the visa requirements for Ghana?

Visas are required for travelers from the US, Canada, and the UK to enter Ghana. Travelers from Jamaica do not require a visa. For more information and to apply, please visit the Ghana Consulate Arkansas.

What are the vaccine requirements for Ghana?

The COVID-19 vaccine is not required for entry into Ghana. However, the yellow fever vaccine is mandatory for all travelers over the age of 9 months. This vaccine is effective for 10 years. Please ensure you have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate, as it is required for entry.

What is the currency of Ghana? How do I access my money?

Ghana’s currency is the cedi (GHC). You can exchange foreign currency at any Forex Bureau or commercial banks, which typically operate from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and some on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ATMs are widely available and accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.

What is the food like in Ghana?

Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund, minus the $500 deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the start of the tour will not be refunded.

Transfer Policy: Alternatively, participants who are unable to attend the current scheduled tour have the opportunity to transfer the full amount paid to the next scheduled tour. This transfer option is subject to availability and must be requested up until 24 hours before the final payment is due.

Please be aware that any refunds or transfers requested after the specified time frame may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
